Welcome to kpLibraries!
From a single shelf of books in Dr. Sidney Garfield’s Oakland office in 1940, Kaiser Permanente Permanente’s Health Sciences Libraries have grown into a national network of thirty-six on-site libraries staffed by professional librarians, with a collection of over 100,000 books, media and ebooks, 2,500 print journals and over 1,800 e-journals.
Your kpLibrarians are dedicated to providing the highest quality, evidence-based information in support of health care provision and the health of our communities.
Contact us in person, on-line, by phone or email for expert research, for help in using the libraries electronic and print resources, and for answers to your clinical, health business, and health-related questions.
